1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using KAScard, you agree to these Terms. KAScard is operated by KASTrack, a company incorporated in the United States.

2. Description of Service

KAScard allows users to create and share digital business cards via QR code or direct link, and to scan and save physical business cards for reference. KAScard is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases or subscriptions at this time.

3. Camera Permission

KAScard requests access to your device camera solely to photograph physical business cards for reference. Camera access is used only when you actively initiate a scan. Captured images are saved to your account and stored on our servers. We do not access your camera at any other time.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use KAScard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into your digital business card. By using KAScard, you grant KASTrack a limited license to store and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

6. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through KAScard. Upon request, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period, during which you may cancel the request by logging in. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use KAScard for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of KAScard or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble KAScard

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in KAScard, including its design, code, and branding, belong to KASTrack. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KAScard for personal or professional purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

KAScard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that KAScard will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KASTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KAScard.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of KAScard after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this document when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
